Islesboro Affordable Property (IAP) recently selected CES to provide subdivision development services for a new development in Islesboro. CES will be providing complete survey, engineering, and permitting services including base mapping and preliminary site investigations; subdivision concept and final plans; boundary and topographic surveys; road design, grading, and stormwater; and local subdivision/site plan application submittal.

CES also recently finished another subdivision development in Islesboro, thus allowing us to be very familiar with the area.

The mission of (IAP is to help in the maintenance and growth of Islesboro as a vital and successful year-round community. Their program, to carry out this mission, is to do all they can to insure that good housing is available for families and individuals who are making Islesboro their permanent home, who participate – or will participate – in the community activities, and, in particular, for families and individuals whose work is an essential part of the day to day life on Islesboro. IAP builds houses for sale or rent, they monitor the private real estate market, and they raise funds from private and public sources to underwrite our program.
